So nice! Loved the gym too but we were only there for one night on the way home. We loved it.
"Good weekend stay in Charlotte"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
I booked a room at this hotel based on its central location in downtown Charlotte and it is right in the middle of everything. It is in a great location. The hotel staff were nice and the condition of the hotel and rooms were good. Nothing to complain about, except the awkward visit by hotel staff. We were just laying around at about 4pm when there was a quick knock at the door. Before I could even get up, the door opened and two members of the hotel staff started to walk in. They seemed surprised and asked if everything was okay. I said yes and they left the room. Not sure what they were doing but it was kind of weird. Other than that I had no issues with this hotel and would stay there again.

"Good as can be expected!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 24, 2013
I had a stay over at the hotel..the hotel room was clean and the conveneience to food and gas was great. The staff was friendly and nice. My children used the pool and the water was clean and heated because of the winter season. The breakfast was continental and just a quick snack before take-off again for next journey. Its a good stay over hotel. The free wifi was wonderful after staying in a hotel that you had to pay for wifi.
"Convenient & comfortable, but can be noisy"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
Stayed in February, 2012. Good location; many airline flight staff stay here. Closeness to UNC means that during school year many visiting teams stay here; we saw two during our three-day stay. The teams are well-behaved, but like most 18-20 year olds, they were noisy, and the rooms' walls are too thin. Free breakfast is adequate; night staff friendly. There is a park nearby if you like to walk, but you have to drive there. Location is surrounded by UNC and an office park, so it's not "cozy", although it's well set back from traffic.
"Awesome hotel!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
Can't recommend this hotel enough! We were in Charlotte for a huge business convention. We had issues with a different hotel and had to check into the Hilton during the middle of the night. The staff went out of their way to help us get into our rooms and get squared away with our reservations for 2 rooms for 4 nights. Very curteous and helpful! Fantastic rooms with comfortable beds. Plan on giving them my business later this year during the next convention. Thank you Hilton Garden!
