  All the people were fantastic and very helpful. South stairway smelled of smoke from someone blocking door open and smoking in stairway, so don't take the stairs. Whirlpool was surprising with only two jets but was very relaxing and did the job. Jessica at the front counter was amazing and took care of all of our needs. Definitely will stay there again.

  This hotel was significantly better than the price suggests. It is the price of many nearby hotels and the staff was great and room was clean. The room was a tad bit dated, but not significantly so, and it was still very comfortable.

  Everyone was friendly.. Everything was clean, my only gripe is that it didn't have a fitness center.

  My stay at the crosslands was cool// but the days in across the street is alot more elegant.. the only thig good about the crosslands is every room has a kitchen.... DUH

  Super helpful and friendly staff; must have good management. Comfortable for the brief visit we had. Room was clean and breakfast did have some hot items. Limited seating in the room. However, I have stayed here before, and would stay again.
