Clean, comfortable, quiet basic hotel very convenient to Southern Oregon University. In room microwave and mini fridge, continental breakfast in morning.

Friendly staff, good location, great price, room was bigger than I expected. Close to the main road and not far from down town. Lots of traffic on the road, but did not hear any traffic from the room.
