  Staff was friendly upon arrival (Hey- with 10+ years in the service industry, I know how hard it can be at moments to smile and friendly!) and check-out. Room was clean, and as requested (Non-Smoking, in Non-Smoking Hallway). Rate was the clincher. (Good rate - tired of over paying for a simple, clean room to sleep in whilst travelling for seminars). Didn't notice any gym, but that was OK for the rate. (Besides, it'd been a while since a did a "hotel room workout."

  There for a UK game and the hotel was perfect. Had a shuttle that ran all day and night down to Rupp. Room was great and service matched. Solid stay.

  Friendly staff across the board, rooms have a good looking black wood wall to wall unit that creates a good work space (lots of plug ins) as well as a closet. Large flat screen, granite countertop on sink located outside tub/toilet. Good breakfast, even to go sacks if on the run. Good hotel to remember!

  I was a little reserved about staying here after reading the reviews, but I have to honestly say it was much better than I expected. I liked it that the room had two rooms, microwave, and refrigerator. The mattress was old and hadn't been updated to tempurpedic like the other rooms yet (which is why everyone is saying the beds are hard, tempurpedic's are very firm mattresses). My only real problem that I had was the motel is supposed to be non-smoking and they say there will be a $150 charge for smoking in rooms, yet when I opened my door I was overwhelmed with the stinch of cigarrettes. I just made my way down to the front desk to let them know of this problem because I am not going to be charged for someone else's smoking habits, as I am a non smoker. Overall, it was quiet, the room was clean, and I had a good time.
