  The only problem I had was we called them from the time we made our reservations to request heated pool and when we arrived there was no heat we called and spoke with someone twice and they said they would talk with the manager and see what they could do unfortunately they did nothing. We couldn't even get anyone to call us back. The private pool was the reason for booking this house and was a disappointment not being able to enjoy it. Having children that want to swim and water being ice cold I wished we would have stayed at a hotel instead. Very unprofessional company!

  I was rather appalled that they expected us to pay extern for WiFi really left a bad taste in my mouth on this property.

  I've stayed at this resort several times, and I'm always returning. Tip, just make sure you choose Spm not the west gate resort side of it. They are 2 different management. I prefer Spm blue tree resort. Hope I enjoy it.
