"Excellent Location"

When visiting orlando, this hotel is placed in a ideal location- minutes from downtown disney, I4 and all the amenites. The main reason for choosing this hotel was for this and also for the refurbishment that it recently received. The main areas ie} lobby, bar, pool and so on have been renovated to a high standard and are very comfortable/servicable. I do feel that the bedrooms let the hotel down. we stayed in a disney room, as yes it does have a great view, but any alterations to the room had been scrimped on from decorating to decor. My main gripe was with the hospitality service- some days no one attempted to service the room till after 3pm, which was no good for us as i have two toddlers who need to nap- in the end i felt that they were diliberately leaving our room as they knew we would be back in and therefore having to leave it. 5 out of the 14 days our room was not cleaned because of this. The staff were very friendly and it was a pleasure simply getting into a lift to our room as apposed to having to walk to the complex.” 27/05/2008
