"close to house of blues"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
Excellent hotel. Only complaint I have is that on lst day the maid decided to come on in around 9am saying, you go home today? We answered yes, although she walked in after opening deadbolt with her key, we were almost naked. Ruined the romance of the end of our weekend, cause they ruined the intimate moment of an expensive weekend. I Told them at checkout, they didnt care. I would stay there again but not happy with the feeling of being thrown out before 11. Prob just an ignorant maid who doesnt understand, dead bolt on door might mean theyre really not ready to leave.
"Wanna feel like you're at home?"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
I feel like I was at home, very comfortable stay. The staff was gr8, the food was gr8. The only thing I would say they need to improve is upgrade to flat screen tvs, the rooms are so fancy and then you have old fashioned tvs...but overall I was very pleased I would definitely recommend this hotel!
"Lots of space for the price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
We stayed here the night before checking into disney resort. Had driven 13 hours and wanted the kids to have there own room for the night before Checking in to disney the next day. This more than let our needs. We had 2 br. A balcony. An a full kitchen that we never used. Of note the in room coffee was Starbucks which I thought was a nice suprise. We only used the free continental breakfast that came with the room. It was what you would expect. Fruit. Pastries etc. there was the option to upgrade to a hot breakfast for $3.99 but we passed. The location was easy on and off of I 4. It was surrounded but several other large resorts. Several restaurants within walking distance. Seemed like a nice resort for the price. Indoor pool and fitness room were open 24 hours. Rooms are old but clean enough. Beds were fine. Didn't use sleeper sofa. Would stay here again

Hotel was quiet, staff quite friendly. Bathroom area needs minor cosmetic repair, but would stay again.
