  Great location, comfortable rooms, can't beat the breakfast. My only complaints are that the shower/tub looked like it needed some cleaning and updating, the service at the bar was very slow and the pool water was cloudy and very cold. Hot tub didn't look much better.

  I stayed here for two nights for a business convention at another location. The room was very comfortable and clean and a perfect respite from all the meetings.

  I can always count on the Hyatt Place. We've stayed at their hotels in a few different cities and have never been disappointed. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice complimentary breakfast, and close proximity to the mall - can't really ask for more.

  Overall, my stay was great. The staff was friendly and accmodating. The only problem we had was that the shuttle made us wait over an hour to be picked up and we had to call for a pick up 4 different times. Each time we called, we were promised the driver would arrive in less than 15 minutes. The shuttle driver said he "stopped" to pick us up once but we didn't get on... I just remember running down the other side of the highway trying to catch him as he didn't even slow down or attempt to stop and pick us up (remind you, we had been waiting at designated pick up as directed for over 30 minutes at this point). It was probably a fluke that the shuttle service was horrible, however, I have to put it out there. Everything else was safe, clean, friendly and convinent.

  Mozt budget hotels skimp on zervice. Not this one. The front desk staff, especially Jacob, were incredible. Helpful, polite and professional.
