  Room was small (didn't have a desk) and the shower head placement could be adjusted to accomodate shorter guests more comfortably. Otherwise, clean, comfortable, affordable and convenient for a convention visit. I would stay here again.

  I very much enjoyed my stay at Club Quarters but the service at the front desk was not great. The people (it was 2 guys - not sure names) but they were not helpful when my friend was trying to check out, she asked for help and he basically treated her like an idiot when the machine was actually the problem. Also we had asked for a cab and I said that I wasn't with another party which he didn't listen too and then said "we will have our delivery driver take you". This man did not tell us that it would cost $20 for the ride and we were literally going .5 miles up the road and a cab would have been cheaper. I just would have appreciated if he had let us know up front that this driving service was not free because $20 for a .5 mile ride (we went to Bell in Hand Bar) is a bit much. I did love that you offered free purified water and if I venture out to Boston again I will likely use this hotel, just not the delivery driver :). Thanks!

  Great stay, thank youd with this hotel. We visited Boston to take the kids to museums and Aquarium. It was weekend so we parked on the street, the subway station is a short walk and we felt very safe. The service was A plus and the full breakfast was great. We will stay here again when we visit Boston.

  This hotel was very convenient due to it's location. It is going through some renovations to update the hotel. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. They may have rushed through renovations in the bathroom because the floor had many loose floor tiles. Overall it was a good value. I would stay again.

  given that we had a weather layover, it was very nice. modern and clean rooms and food was good in hotel restaurant.

  Great staff. Walls are very thin, but if you don't have 50 high schoolers staying there as we did, it should not be a problem.
