"Beautiful hotel, but not the best room service"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
The Omni Parker House is a beautiful hotel right at the heart of Boston. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and unique. However, the food offered for room service was merely serviceable; definitely not what I expected from what may be the most famous hotel in Boston. That being said, the staff was extremely warm and gracious.
"Will return"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
We had stayed about 7 years ago. May have been a Hilton. Liked things much better this time. Very clean room. Happy to take a bath. The pool was cleaner as was the entire gym area and locker rooms. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Got a great rate by paying in advance. Would do it again. The neighborhood is very much improved. Lots of foot traffic at night. Great easy to walk to restaurants for family dining. China town is only 2 blocks away.

I really enjoy the relationship that the hotel has with the attached Y.
"Perfect location in N. Boston for our agenda!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
We really enjoyed our 1 night stay at Fairmont Battery Wharf. Our plans were to tour North Boston and all we had to do was cross the street and walk for 1 block and everything was right there. The hotel was clean and the service was exemplary. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
"Amazing time in Boston & amazing service at the IC"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 24, 2013
Visited Boston for an extended weekend vacation. Room was spacious, clean and beautiful. I saw that a lot of people complained about the noise from the fire station across the street, but being from NYC, the noise was manageable and at times I didn't even notice it was there. Sheets were clean, but I do not recommend using the bathrobes, as they were very scratchy and irritated my skin. Bed was quite comfortable, and sheets were very clean. The iHome was a nice touch and so was the separate shower and bathtub. Housekeeping was also incredibly efficient and polite (remember to tip if you're using their services!) We had room service twice (extremely overpriced, as most hotel room service tends to be, but convenient when you're feeling lazy and the food is delicious) but there are many cafes and shops nearby (within walking distance) to grab a quick breakfast or lunch. Being in the financial district of Boston, there were not many sights to see other than the Boston Tea Party Museum and the Barking Crab restaurant (tourist trap alert!) Also very, very close to public transportation, about 2 blocks away from South Station and the T. Overall, amazing hotel with amazing service, if I do visit Boston again I will definitely stay here.

This hotel was very convenient due to it's location. It is going through some renovations to update the hotel. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. They may have rushed through renovations in the bathroom because the floor had many loose floor tiles. Overall it was a good value. I would stay again.
