It's my first time staying in a WOW hotel, the hotel is beautiful, restaurant employees are beyond helpful specially Ramazan he was exceptional in service and looks to make his guest comfortable 3 thumbs up for him. The only downside is the internet in the lobby it's not enough for all the guest logging in, having this size of the hotel should have more better internet connection...Wow hotel need to upgrade this part of the service.

We stayed at Titanic 7 nights in June of 2011. We're family with 4 kids. The hotel is pretty new and looks great. Rooms are clean and modern. Outdoor pools, water slides, indoor pool and private beach are all clean and beautiful. Food was very good, mostly Turkish cuisine, everything fresh and delicious. My problem was related to service at the reception. Twice they tried to make me pay for already pre-paid stay. First time it took me 40 minutes to explain the guy that I already paid for my trip ( he demanded to see my credit card statements to prove I did actually pay). Second time, since I already knew the drill, I just asked to see the manager as soon as I was asked to pay again. Also, the hotel was overcrowded in my opinion. Next time we will be staying in Belek or Kemer, not Antalya.
