"5 Star Hotel that delivers"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
Very couteous staff, breakfast is outstanding, room views are perfect. For the money it is the best value I get in all of Europe. I would highly recommend staying here whether you fly into either airport in Istanbul.
"good value"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 24, 2013
Good hotel for an outstanding price. Very flexible as i was given early check in for a token amount. Will stay again.
"Very Good Experience, but a few things to note"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
Overall, Titanic City Taksim is a very nice hotel and I would stay there again when next in Istanbul. However, there are a few things to note. One, the room had no view - just looked straight into a back alleyway. Second, one night the smell of another guest room's smoking poured into our room through the air vents and was very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Other than those two things, the room was kept in excellent clean condition, beautiful facilities, and overall a good experience, but a star knocked off for those two issues.

"Fine for an early flight"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 1, 2013
Nice new and clean hotel. Staff was friendly if not all that helpful. The location is not that convenient as you have to take a taxi to go anywhere and it is on a limited access road so depending on which way you are traveling, you end up paying 10-15% extra for the cab to get to the driveway. They advertise a shuttle to center city, but unless you book way in advance, you cant use it.

"Close to main tourist attractions; very nice staff"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 30, 2013
The hotel is located near all the major tourist attractions in the old part (Sultanhammet) of the city (e.g. Hagia Sofia, the basilica cistern, Blue Mosque, etc). While it's a couple minute walk down to the major tram stop, the neighborhood is super safe and that shouldn't be a problem at all. The room was super clean, although it wasn't really soundproof so that I could hear people talking in the hallway/near the elevator from inside. That probably is the only complaint I have about this hotel. The staff was super nice and offered to help whenever I needed anything like directions to sites, guided tour, help with heavy luggage, you name it. Breakfast was okay, not fancy but satisfactory with all the normal stuff including some Turkish treats. The hotel is on a small quiet street off of a main road so it doesn't feel too crowded. One of the best views of the city from the rooftop too.
