"5 Star Hotel that delivers"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
Very couteous staff, breakfast is outstanding, room views are perfect. For the money it is the best value I get in all of Europe. I would highly recommend staying here whether you fly into either airport in Istanbul.
"Nice Budget Hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
The rooms where clean, service was also good. The best thing about the hotel was it's location; you can just walk anywhere you wish.....all the places were so nearby.
"Good choice in Istanbul"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 24, 2013
This hotel seems to cater to the German & Russian crowd but most of the personnel speak some English. The hotel is a bit old but clean and in a great location near the tram and walking distance to all the main sites. Internet works well and is free, there's an indoor pool and the view from the top floor restaurant has to be one of the best in Istanbul. The spa services are all extra and pricey. If you care mostly about location, basic comfort & good Internet, this is a great hotel. The front desk staff are helpful, breakfast is fine and the neighborhood is safe & convenient.

Comfortable, friendly staff, and a great location.
"Very Good Experience, but a few things to note"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
Overall, Titanic City Taksim is a very nice hotel and I would stay there again when next in Istanbul. However, there are a few things to note. One, the room had no view - just looked straight into a back alleyway. Second, one night the smell of another guest room's smoking poured into our room through the air vents and was very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Other than those two things, the room was kept in excellent clean condition, beautiful facilities, and overall a good experience, but a star knocked off for those two issues.
"Great Hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
I stayed at the Larespark Taksim over a long weekend with two friends. Our room, by European standards, was very large and comfortable. We had two twin size beds and pull out couch which worked perfectly for our trip. The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful with everything from extra towel requests to tour recommendations to restaurant reservations. The location is right off Taksim Square and very convenient to the metro (which takes you straight to the Old City). Also, a major perk is their breakfast spread - absolutely worth paying a little extra!

"Loved this Hotel - Close to Everything!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
Wonderful. The staff were very friendly - I had forgotten my international plug and they sent someone out to get me one. It was literally across the street from the Blue Mosque and close to lots of shops. Lovely boutique hotel - have recommended to friends and will stay there again next trip.
"Magical Stay at Hotel Poem"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 19, 2013
My husband and I really enjoyed our 7 day stay at Hotel Poem. The hotel's location is close to all the main sites. We had been lead to believe via reviews that the hotel room was very small, but the room was clean and more comfortable than anticipated with a great view of Asian Istanbul. Breakfast was excellent. Best of all were the hotel staff. They were especially helpful in answering our questions about Istanbul. I would recommend a stay at this hotel, and I would certainly stay again. I considered it a great home away from home for a week.
