"Nice spot for a short stay"

This hotel was perfect for a few nights stay before a sailing vacation. It's location was perfect with everything you need close by. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was fine. Nothing fancy and a bit dated, but had everything you would need for a short stay. Our room overlooked the pool which was nice at times and a bit awkward other times. One night the hotel hosted a wedding reception which we found to be interesting. We ate at the restaurant which was very good and enjoyed the pool during the day.
"Opulence, but beware extra charges"

Very grand and opulent, tall ceilings, marble everywhere including the very spacious rooms, free access to the hamam (Turkish bath). But Internet access costs extra, a lot extra. And while breakfast is included in the price, the dinner buffet -- while delicious -- is not, and the price is not posted anywhere but the bill when you checkout. I would say this is a great destination hotel, but only if you book the all inclusive concept. If you just want to visit the sites in Bodrum, I would stay somewhere closer to town. Also the pillows were not very soft.

My wife and I were very happy that we chose Sedative for our vacation. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious. The staff at the reception, restaurant and the spa were friendly. The Hotel only has about 30 rooms. Where we were there, only 30% of it was full. So it was super quiet. The hotel is over looking at the Torba bay and has a great view. Definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to spend time in Bodrum but want to be away from the craziness of Bodrum Center.

I thought this hotel was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, room was not huge but big enough and very clean. The hotel had everything you could want: a nice outdoor pool, indoor secret cave pool and a great spa. It is not right on the beach but they do have a private beach they will drive you to and pick you up at. The walk to Bodrum Castle or Gormbet really isn't very bad. Being away from the beach means you can sleep at night without the noise from the Clubs keeping you awake. I would stay there again.
