"Geat value with the convience of a full apartment"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
This is a great alternative to a regular hotel room at the same price. The one bedroom apartment is very spacious, and the full kitchen is very handy, including a full size refrigerator. There is a washer/dryer (combination) in the kitchen that is very handy, once you figure out the controls. There is a spacious, well equipped gym on the 5th floor, but the pool, although of generous size, has a small deck area that can get very hot. The front desk staff is helpful, but their english is somewhat limited. The location of the hotel is a bit of a drawback. Its on a busy commercial banking/office building street, and the BTS and subway are a good 15 minute walk away on crowded side streets. The buffet breakfast is adequate, but quickly gets tiresome after 3 days. Overall, its a newish property, in good condition, and a good value.
"Great View of Valentines Day Fireworks!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 20, 2013
Excellent, well-managed hotel. The pools overlooking the Chao Praya River were a nice retreat after a day of seeing the sights. Easy to use the river as a mode of transportation to many sites. Some nice places to see in walking distance, including Bangkokian Museum and Silom Street shopping all the way to the park. The hotel tower was a wonderful place to stay. We really enjoyed the continental breakfasts and the happy hour at the end of the day.

"Excellent hotel!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 14, 2013
The room was great, the service as well. My husband and I went for vacation and we enjoyed our stay very much. The access to the train from the hotel is perfect to move around the city. Would definitely stay there next time we are in bangkok.
"Nice hotel, good neighborhood"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 13, 2013
This hotel was very nice and in a nice neighborhood. Nice amenitites and courteous staff. Only problem was with the hot water. It would take a few minutes to get hot, stay hot for approximately 20 seconds, then go off for 2 minutes...this cycle repeated for the course of the shower over a 4 day period. Very frustrating. We complained to them, they sent someone who looked under the sink and said everything was fine and when he tested it, there was hot water for longer than 20 seconds but when he left and I took my shower, the same thing happened!!! Otherwise a very nice hotel.
"Great Stay!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 12, 2013
I stayed here with a friend for a week in Jan. and this hotel provided everything we were looking for. This area felt safe (obviously still use your common sense when traveling) and this is coming from two young women who were traveling alone. There are cute restaurants, a small grocery store, cafes, a Starbucks and spas on the street. Staff was helpful when we had questions. Our room was always cleaned well. We ended up being able to connect to the wifi for free once in the hotel although it was suggested we pay for wifi when booking. We also really enjoyed the breakfast which offered cereal, fruit, toast, either pancakes/waffles/french toast, different types of noodles, potatoes, sausages, and omelets made to order. It made getting out for the day much faster when you don't have to worry about where you're going to eat breakfast beforehand. The pool looked nice but a little smaller in person. Hotel is also walking distance to the BTS train which was great because we ended up using the train almost everyday to get around. This was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Bangkok.
