This hotel is very well managed and organized. However, the building is very old and crummy. They have interior rooms that are small and have no window. Avoid those like a plague. But the peripheral rooms that do have a window to the outside are great value. After changing my room, I ended up staying here for 9 nights.

Natural Samui was a great place to stay to take in Samui! We didn't want to be in the more hectic areas of the island, but still wanted access to things to do. This hotel was definitely a good balance for that. It is tucked back off of the main drag, so its very quiet but still a quick walk back into the heart of Bo Phut with the shops/restaurants/beach. It semed like a family run establishment, and the staff were all very friendly. Our room was clean and one of the most comfortable we stayed in during our month long trip to Thailand. The rooms have nice windows looking out over their pool or back into some trees.
We would definitely choose to come back to Natural Samui if we head back to the island.

Nora Lakeview is superb value for money. The staff were the most friendly, yet professional that i've encountered on my travels in Thailand. It's located in the centre of Chaweng, rooms are huge - i had stayed in the hilton in bangkok as a treat and the rooms in Nora were twice the size and spotless. The only word of caution i would have is that you can hear music from local bars until 2am - so if you want to relax, it's prob not the best spot - we were only in one night before 2am so wasn't a problem for us. I highly recommend this hotel!
