The hotel itself is a bit outdated but the rooms have recently been refurbished. The are extremely clean and comfortable. While not directly on the lake, we had wonderful views of the lake and castle from our balcony. The front desk staff were very helpful with assisting us in outdoor activities in the area, directions and restaurant choices. Although breakfast is served until 10am, the food tends to run out and is not restocked for the late arrivals. Overall a wonderful stay, I would highly recommend it. They are pet friendly as well and we had no problems with our dog.”
