Great hotel with great customer service. Good location with many places to stop by. Two things that did bother me: the phone number given when made reservation was the wrong number and they didn't specify that you had to pay for shuttle service to the airport and the staff didn't mention anything about payment either. Most all of the other hotels did say surcharge after shuttle service but Hotel Villa didn't. Besides those 2 issues a great experience

Hotel could use a make over on the outside and in the rooms. However, well manicured pool area, good food, free internet and breakfast and great service. Also in a nice area.
