I've stayed at other Rotana hotels/apartment hotels and this one is the best! Gorgeous, big room with a fantastic view (21st floor). The hotel itself is really central - the Burjuman mall is in the same complex and it's right by the metro, close to the Creek etc. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Also, it's part of the Fitness First gym chain so if you like to workout/exercise this is the place! Lots of classes (yoga, spin etc.) plus cardio/usual gym equipment and a beautiful pool. Will definitely be back!

Forget about the shuttle-take a taxi, less than $10. Main restaurant served buffet for all meals; usually half American and half-Arabian. 5 minute walk to Metro which takes you everywhere you need to go and is simple to navigate. Good Italian restaurant (Cerano) 2 blocks away (make a right exiting from hotel) NO ALCOHOL SERVED ANYWHERE I WENT

Overall nice hotel with proximity to main sights. However, a bit high on price for what you get. No shuttle service to airport.

Spectacular hotel. Wonderful service, everything was great. If you want to be near the beach and shopping and the JBL, perfect. If you are purely trying to see all the main sights, it is a bit out of the way to go back and forth. Probably better off staying near the Burj Khalifa.

We stayed there with our family of 4. 2 BR suites were excellent choice. It was near to all attractions. Service was excellent. I would recommend this to any family that is looking to stay in Dubai for vacation. Roof top pool is a must visit!!!
