stay at hotel was very good. Hotel was right next to metro station,so getting around the city was no problem, even to and from the airport. Book a room away from the hotel's club as loud music is played in the club late into the night.

"worst place"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 1, 2012
This is a nightmare hotel. Waited several hours to get a room. Got the worse room in back of hotel on ground floor next to a electrical closet. Room not stocked - no soap, no tissue papers. Staff seemed to favor certain people. I guess you have to hand out money to get any service. or nice room. No shuttle to airport available in morning and no Taxis on site. Hotel is 300 yards from terminal but no crossing possible across a freeway. They had a private car which charged 30 to 40 dinars per person to take you across. Seemed like a scam. Someone should alert Holiday HQ.

"Holiday Inn Express Internet City"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2012
Room is a long walk to Metro stop across two busy roads. Hotel shuttle runs very short hours and is not as frequent as it could be. Shuttle to Dubai outlet mall is once per day. Breakfast is a better European continental with lots of choices. Eggs were mostly hard boiled for the week I was there. Internet fees are based on how much you pay for the room, so not worth it for me $30 Dh for a half hour. Plan on using Metro or Taxi's if you stay the hotel to get to the shopping centers.
"Its not bad"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 13, 2011
The hotel is a very good hotel for those on a budget. If you dont like loud music at night you may want to reconsider but keeping in mind that most hotels on this strip have night clubs with loud music playing until late. The staff is very friendly, the complimentary food is "ok" and the internet is not free. The hotel is located on the begining of AL RIGGA so you could start your shopping/dining from there.
