Everything about the hotel was good except the location - it is NOT in Cluj, but in Floresti, which is a suburb of Cluj. I would not have picked it if I knew if it was in an outer borough and so far from the airport and the train station. Also, I got stuck in the elevator for 1 hr because the service person on call went to a different Best Western. So it is important to correct the address of this hotel. Otherwise, the staff was great, and so were all the amenities.

If you want to have a private room with shared bathroom and save money this is it. Ask for top floor with view toward downtown. I was happy with it.
