Surprisingly inexpensive hotel. It's a quality hotel located in the center of the main plaza, only about a 10-15 minute walk to the riverfront (and through the popular tourist-heavy neighborhood). Hotel is no-frills (no restaurant, bar, gym - although a popular cafe is located on the street level) but is impeccably clean and the service is top-notch (although it is only one desk clerk.) Overall, the location is its prime selling point, followed by cleanliness/comfort.
"Great hotel in Porto"

This is a great new hotel in Porto. Breakfast could be improved and internet is a bit slow in the room. Apart from that, perfect place, well located to visit the historical city centre and the room is big and spotless. Great place, highly recomended.
"Very cute, quaint, and clean."

The staff was great and very helpful in suggesting local gems. The hotel was clean and fresh. Continental breakfast was yummy and wifi was a major plus. Location was great. Walking distance to major metro station: Sao Bento, giving you access to all of Porto. Great Great value!

The building of the hotel looks very scary from outside. We did not have too much trust, but at the end it was a nice surpise. It's like a time travel, there is a lovely old lady with a fax machine(!) receiving the reservations, no computer, keycard, whatsoever. The room was very nice, clean with niec old style wooden beds. It was supposed to be a bit unconfrotable, but after a feew classes of porto wine I did not notice it at all. The location is pretty clsoe to the river and it's just a short walk to get to the center. In short, it's a great bargain.
