"Look no further, stay here."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 12, 2013
It was perfect. We were there for a week. It was just magic. The exquisite lounge has piano music every night. The staff is helpful and unobtrusive. The bar is comfortable and relaxing. The breakfasts are lovely, the linens of very high quality, not a spec of dust in the place, excellent location, several top restaurants very near....just ask at the desk...they will point you in the right direction. Our jr suite had 2 marble bathrooms and the room was completely quiet at all times. All for a very reasonable price. The decor and public sitting rooms will impress you no matter who you are. This place is TOP NOTCH!
"Great well-equipped apartment"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 30, 2012
Although we arrived at the apartment fairly late (11ish) and did not receive an email with codes prior to our arrival, access to our apartment was smooth and we had no problems. Apartment was well-furnished and clean. For two people, we had plenty of space. Place is ideal for family and for longer stays as it's equipped with a kitchen and washer/dryer. As we only stayed one night, we didn't get to use the amenities. We parked our rental car in a public parking garage a block away. It was only later that we found out that parking on the cobblestone street was free, but we felt safer in the lot. Location was good -- short walk to shopping and dining areas. Apartment is in the financial/business district, so it's quiet at night. Loved the place and would definitely recommend to friends visiting Lisbon.
"Excellent front desk staff"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 28, 2012
What others have said here about the excellence of the front desk staff, wonderful breakfasts and the hard beds is absolutely true. The front desk folks were professional and extremely knowledgeable as well as very very patiently helpful...they were wonderful. The breakfasts were extraordinary. The bed was hard as a rock. I like a very firm mattress, but this was actually hard to the point that my hip hurt. The staff refitted the bed with two blankets under the sheet to soften it a bit, but it was still hard as rock. I would absolutely stay there again without hesitation but I might ask if they have a room with a better bed.

"Great hotel - great deal!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 22, 2012
The staff of the Dom Pedro was always pleasant, courteous, and helpful, even when we plugged in a power strip that tripped a fuse! They helped us find good restaurants, get taxis, etc. I would *DEFINITELY* get the upgrade to the "VIP package" - you will get Internet included, and access to their (small but very nice) spa area, as well as the VIP lounge, which has a gorgeous view and self-serve espresso.

"excellent hotel in a quiet neighborhood"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 13, 2012
The hotel is very well maintained; great spa/pool, foodie restaurant (though, not cheap) on the top floor with awesome views of the city; service is excellent; lovely breakfast. The neighborhood is quiet at night, but if you don't mind walking, you can be in the happening Baixa/Chado within 20 minutes.
