Reviewed February 5, 2013 via mobile Staff are fantastic--friendly, helpful, always smiling, perfect English. Room is very comfortable and immaculate. Bathroom brand new. Shower has plenty of pressure and hot water. Towel heater keeps bathrooms warmer than the rest of the room, if you like it that way. Wireless Internet is ultra-fast. Perfect for full video Skype or streaming movies, and it's FREE! Free parking outside the front door. Very safe. Elevator to all floors. Perfect for mobility-challenged. 5 minutes walk to the city center. Good cable TV with English language news channels. Very easy to find. Bright lights displaying hotel name on the roof. Street-facing room can be noisy when tram is running, only if door is open. Totally quiet with door closed. Stayed February 2013, traveled solo

This was a great hotel at the edge of downtown. It was a little further from downtown than I would have liked. But the walk to and from the city center enabled us to see more than we would have otherwise. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was ok (not great) and there were charges for "extras". But overall a pleasent and comfortable stay.

As always, this is a great place to stay in Sofia- very close to downtown and yet quiet. Nice breakfast and comfortable room- have stayed here multiple times and will do so again

I was in Sofia to finalize the adoption of our son and wanted a location near to sites and parks in Sofia. This was a great location and walkable to many parks, restaurants and Sofia places of interest. The staff was fabulous and catered to our needs. They also helped translate for me! Nice and quiet at night and great breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend it..

This place is clean and everything works. It is well maintained. The owners go out of their way to meet guest needs. Alone in a strange country I felt safe and comfortable. I stopped there twice. One taxi driver had a little difficulty finding it at night. I'd stay again.

I like the service and the location. Some rooms in the old part are not as well appointed as the ones in the new paert - dingier carpets and wallpaper mainly. The remot(s) were confusing and one could not control the sound from the bed because of the strange angle the tv was placed at. Also, tv screens can be bigger. Other than that, this is a nice functional hotel for casual stays.
