  Our stay was beyond expectations. We have only words of praise from the very onset to the very outset of our stay. Personnel very attentive and hospitable, always helpful and genuinely cheerful. Much appreciated.

  Excellent service by the staff, nice room, great garden restaurant & great breakfast; no hassle stay; really liked it!

  Very good place for Sofia, in a clean and quiet neighborhood. Ample facilities and amenities. Only constructive criticism is room windows should have mosquito screens, so guests can open the windows at night.

  The Hotel was renovated and very nice with the minor drawback of a torn curtain and cigarette burns in the carpet but other than that quite modern and well maintained. Good Value for the price paid and wonderful breakfast and restaurant. Free Internet a nice plus. The Neighborhood was pretty rough, seedy and run down but fairly close to the Bus and train station. Still it was well removed from the nicer areas of Sofia with restaurants and night life making the location a drawback. Service was weak.

  the hotel is nice and clean, the stuff was friendly. I willstay again.
