"Average hotel with a below average location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 18, 2013
While the hotel itself isn't bad, the location leaves a lot to be desired. The hotel is located on Roxas Blvd which is good, but neighborhood behind the hotel is slumsville. The hotel staff and service was very good. The room was no smoking but smelled like someone smoked in it and was cleaned to try and get rid of the smell. The buffet breakfast was geared more to local tastes (read Filipino), while I prefer western style like French toast, pancakes, etc. I walked south from the hotel to a pancake house to eat my breakfast. Bottomline: I've stayed in worse places, so this place isn't bad. I would stay again in light of the negatives I've highlighted, due to one simple fact, price. The price is right (great) for what you get.
