  1. Who writes the guest reviews for hotels.com?

    Only guests who have booked their hotel room through hotels.com are able to submit a review about that property. This is how we help to ensure the integrity of our reviews and make them more useful for you.

  2. How do I write a guest review?

    After you have booked your hotel with hotels.com and completed your stay, you can submit a guest review by clicking on the link provided in the email sent to you a few days after your stay.

    • You can access your bookings here. Simply enter the last name of the credit card holder and either your Hotels.com Confirmation Number or the credit card number used to make the booking. You can find the confirmation number in the email we sent to you right after your booking was made.

  3. Where can I read reviews submitted by other guests?

    Every property detail page has a Reviews tab. This tab contains all the individual reviews for that property written by hotels.com guests.

  4. How do I submit a response to a guest review if I am a hotel representative?

    We encourage hotels to participate in the guest reviews forum by responding to their guest reviews. This feature provides valuable information about your property for future guests, and allows for a variety of perspectives to be shared. You can use Expedia Partner Central to do this if you have access, otherwise you can Ask Expedia.
