    Only guests who have booked their hotel room through hotels.com are able to submit a review about that property. This is how we help to ensure the integrity of our reviews and make them more useful for you.

  2. How do I write a guest review?

    After you have booked your hotel with hotels.com and completed your stay, you can submit a guest review by clicking on the link provided in the email sent to you a few days after your stay.

    • Use the Hotel Reservation look up form located in the Customer Care section to acces your completed bookings. You will need to know the number of the card used to book your reservations, as well as your itinterary or confirmation number. You can find the itinerary or confirmation number on the confirmation email sent to you right after your booking was completed.

  3. Where can I read reviews submitted by other guests?

    Every property detail page has a Reviews tab. This tab contains all the individual reviews for that property written by hotels.com guests.
