The service was very good and the staff very helpful and plenty. I lost my wallet in a taxi before checking in and the staff were very flexible and contacted all possible instances to find it. At every given hour there were many concierge and guest agents available. Whenever I went somewhere, the staff either called a taxi for me or pointed to the hotel's own shuttle bus. (The day before I had stayed in a five star Hilton resort and still I was very happy with the service.) The rooms were tidy and comfortable, but could use a little renovating to make this hotel a five star one. At breakfast there was a chef preparing fresh omelets.”
Yes, the rooms are very small, but it tells you that going in. I am willing to sacrifice size for great price and an unbeatable location. If your desire in HKG is to be close to Central and a stones throw from LKF without paying too much, this is your hotel. Not for two people though, as you might run out of space for luggage and using the bathroom will be very awkward, or require one person to leave the room.”
The hotel staff were friendly, location was great, in walking distance to Causeway Bay and Wan Chai. Room was clean, small but good enough for somewhere to sleep. We were also provided with breakfast, which was a nice surprise.”
Royal Pacific couln't be in a better position. Access to Kowloon, Nathan Road for shopping and restaurants is ideal. A few minutes to the Star Ferry for the crossing to Hong Kong Island. The hotel was good in almost every respect. The room was quite small but fairly well re-furbished and well serviced. All staff pleasant and helpful when we requested a room change to the park side, only because we had such a long stay. We didn't take breakfast there so can't comment on that, but the hotel's Satay Inn was a good choice for a simple asian dinner. Would stay again.”
A very busy Hotel located directly beside a large shopping mall. Reception area is on the second floor, but efficient and spotless. The hotel features a highly rated Chinese Restaurant (2 Michelin Stars) and an excellent spa and fitness center complete with swimming pool. Rooms are smallish but well appointed and have a new well mantained appearance.”
Had a great stay, walking distance to 2 metro stations as well as the night markets, and various day markets. Only downfall was the price for Wifi, which was ridiculously expensive, was only valid for 24 hours and could only be used in the lobby. They did have free use of the internet on PC's in the lobby though.”
This hotel meets my requirements. I extended 2 more nights after staying 5 nights pre-booked. Most of the staff are polite but lack of smile, like most HK people. Some smile of the front desk staff would definitely give customer a pleasant experience.”
Out of the center (a positive for me) and right on the metro - University stop. Very nice workout facility, especially for a hotel. Even got a free upgrade to a suite! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place or stay there again myself.”
My wife and I stayed at the Royal Park in Mar 2011 after googling the reviews of few hotels in Hong Kong before flying there and end up picking Royal Park because of the good ratings by past users. It was a very relaxing experience. This is second time we stayed in Royal Park. We stayed at this same hotel for 3 weeks before this. The hotel is located near a transportation hub and to shopping malls and eateries. Airport bus stops near front of hotel so we can step off the coach bus with our luggages and vice versa to the airport when we left. The 300+ sq ft room is clean and bed linens changed daily. WIFI Internet was free although not the fastest 802.11n but good for emails and google searches. The staff is amazingly efficient and courteous, whether it's the Concierge, the room service staff, the bell boy or the free shuttle (to town centre shopping area) driver,.etc. The only concern for us is too much chlorine in the pool. We will definitely go back to Royal Park when we visit Hong Kong next time. Philip.”

the hotel is clean, staff really nice, only one thing trouble me. The ceiling little bit too low, I am oke, because I am short, still little bit feel stuffy, but other than that, everything is perfect”
My stay at Metropark Hotel was great ... & room & service they offer is good and up to the mark. I wish that if they can also offer "Halal" food also for muslim guests. Hotel have shuttle service evey half & hour which is a big help to drop down to the nearast MTR station.”
