Well maintained hotel at a reasonable price Staff is usually quite helpful. My only negative experience was trying to get a recommendation for a nearby restaurant and being directed only to the in-house restaurant.”
For business is gd. Leisure, nearest shopping mall needs 10mins to cab there. Cost 15rmb. Not near to metro, requires quite a fair bit of walking to the metro approx. 30mins Nearby gt very nice dong bei food.”
a first class hotel, well looked after, not in a very good area re night life or shops but convenient for business users. Evening Entertainment not very inspiring. however overall a good hotel to stay in.”
We had a terrific stay. Walked to Forbidden City & Tianamin Square , short undergroud ride to Silk Market - this hotel was beautiful, comfy and elegant. The staff were top notch and we loved our visit. We spent a great deal of our time right in the Hotel in the business lounge because we enjoyed the staff so much. They were so helpful with any sights we wanted to see and also organized a driver to take us to the Olympic village and the Great Wall on our way to the airport...Can't say enough about how wonderful this visit was. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and will recommend it to everyone we know.”
We had booked a room as a 'hot deal', a superior room with free internet, said the confirmation. Upon arrival the hotel tried to deny this. I showed them the printed confirmation and then was told we had to pay a hefty amount per day to use the desktop in the room. Or we could plug in our own device. Since I had an iPad, i had to come down to the lobby to check my email on the wifi down there. When are luxury hotels going to realise they have to stop trying to make money out of internet services? It is mean, when I know that all over the world budget hotels and youth hotels offer wifi in their whole building for free. Secondly don't use the safe. The staff are not careful with the emergency unlocking code, which we needed. Otherwise a good hotel with nice gym, pool and breakfast.”
Very friendly staff, good service and ideal location. But I would suggest not to be drawn by the upgrades offered to all arriving guests as the rooms on the Club floor as identical to ordinary rooms, only the Club rooms are on a higher level - unless you want a full buffet breakfast every morning or you want to eat and drink as much as you can in the happy hours but it is quite expensive and we wanted to see Beijing!”
The hotel was very nice...staff speaking english...and very frindly...rooms was clean...bed very comfortable...nice location I like soo much the complementry sweets with the good night card every night...It was some thing special...and also they was cleaning the rooms twice a day...realy they was excellent in every thing... the only problome we faced as we are muslims there are no water in the toilet to wash up.... but in general...i think every thing was OK... I will book the same hotel for my next stay...”
I was on a business trip and it was my first time to this city. I normally stay right at the airport but was told this hotel was worth the drive in to downtown and "HANDS DOWN" this hotel is worth every penny and then some. STAY HERE - take an upgrade for a few bucks more to a suite. The rotating restaurant on the top floor is worth it! Cheers to all,”
The hotel is really nice and comfortable, but it is a long way from the centre- about 30 kilometres. The staff speak reasonable English and are very hospitable. If you want a western breakfast it can be hit and miss.”
this Hotel is Located next to COCO Park shopping center and many international restaurants and bars(Brazilian, IrishPub, Mexican food). Breakfast has a large variety although can get busy. lobby lounge expensive even if you just want to sit you will have to pay. Area has many banks, supermarket, Metro station is near.”
Great rooms and fitness center. The hotel is close to the Futian Border crossing which is a bonus but they is not much around the hotel. The area seems safe, though.”
My wife and I recently spent a very enjoyable time at this hotel .I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and was very impressed with this one it is the 2nd time we stayed with them and I will gladly go back again . The food is good especialy for me the western food is good ,the service is good ,So I cannot fault the hotel ,the only thing was the constuction work nearby and the noise from that .But you have to accept progress .”
