This hotel knows what great service is. It has great facilities, and their Spa is also great. Even though you can get better prices in downtown Siem Reap it is really worth a visit. The breakfast has a wide choice. Their juice is the only thing that dissapointed me a little. But overall I can really recommend this hotel. I would deffinetly come back!”
The hotel is in a good location - within walking distance to the markets, lots of restaurants and a nearby mall. The room was large, the pool was big. The let down was the staff at the hotel. The staff were not very friendly, particularly during check-in and check-out and we were left standing at the desk for over 10 minutes. However, the lady who handled tourism bookings was very helpful.”
We spend a weekend in this hotel as our base for exploring the temples of Angkor. While the hotel is outside the city a free shuttle service to the city was organised every evening. The very friendly staff also supported us in finding a guide for our temple visits. Overall we highly recommend this hotel.”
I've stayed for 5 days. Hotel is in good and convient location in town. service and staff are nice. The TV did not work well in one channel, but their peopel could not able to fix and no one followed, that should not be. Otherwise, it is nice hotel overall.”
I was not expecting this hotel when my tuk tuk pulled up outside the hotel. The prices I had been quoted on hotel.com seemed a deal compared with other hotels so I was not expecting such a wonderful hotel. It seems to have a lot of business customers, but the staff were very attentive in general and to my requests as a 'tourist'. The staff at the reception speak english well, however some of the others not so well, but if they did not understand, they went and got someone who did. The hotel is on the same boulevard (10-15) mins from the national museum, friendship monument and the royal palace and silver pagoda. The waterfront is also in this general location. My room was wonderful and clean, bathroom and in particular the bath tub. Breakfast was great, there were also good options if you opted to have dinner at the hotel, however there are excellent options on sisowath quay a 15 to 20 min walk away or a short 5 mins 1-2USD tuk tuk ride away. I did not try to make tour bookings with the hotel but instead got a tuk tuk outside for trips. I would definately recommend this hotel to singles, couples, business guests, unable to say for families.”
I was a bit hesitant to stay at this place because of some of the unfavorable reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel was perfectly ok. Nothing in my room was broken or seemed unclean. The air-con was really powerful and the tv gets lots of channels. One reviewer mentioned that the hallways were dark - well I guess they didn't see the big light switch at the end of the hallway. In sum, I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family. I've stayed in quite a few "budget" hotels on my trip and this one ranks among the top of those that I've stayed in.”
bechfront, narrow beach, warm water, plenty of shade. lots of lounge chairs at pool and beach. Lots of bar and restaurant choices. All expensive. the food is ok. Staff are attentive and there is a good choice at the breakfast buffet.”
