Stayed here for 3 nights and was a very nice stay. Staff was friendly and also could speak decent english. they also have a nice travel desk which was good. the streets near KFC is spooky as there we two guys ready to snatch my wifes handbag. overall good hotel and a good breakfast spead.”
This was the second hotel I stayed at during my time in HCM -- it was cheaper than the first and so much better!! Fitted out with modern decor and furnishings, the rooms are well laid out. Bathrooms are very nice and well cleaned. The restaurant is modern and clean, enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Spa was a bonus - not the cheapest, but amazing back-clicking massages! This hotel ticks all the boxes, will definitely stay there when I return.”
The Majestic is a wonderful hotel built in the 20s. It still retains its art deco features, its staff are most helpful and the location is great. Breakfast is a bit of a bun fight although it certainly sets you up for the day. I can definitely recommend the Majestic and hope to return.”
Good standards overall. Hotel undergoing renovation work and hence numerous facilities were unavailable. For example, the restaurant and bar areas were housed in alternate makeshift areas. Front desk/Reception personnel were quite helpful with useful and practical tourism, sightseeing and restaurant information. The Tour Desk staff was inexperienced, lacked basic English language skills and unable to explain/describe items already in their own brochures/guide books. Two massage experiences at the Spa were both very disappointing as the masseuse did not have any knowledge of deep tissue massage or Shiatsu techniques. Management should be aware of the skill level of the Spa employees. It was a complete waste of time and money. The buffet breakfast was quite sumptuous and adequate. Very good value. Will certainly consider staying here again in the future. Quite centrally located and well connected. Happy to recommend.”
A truly luxurious experience. Sitting by the the beautiful pool and sipping on a Dry Martini was great. But: How come a hotel like this charges heayly for WiFi? Which only works in the lobby and not in your room?!”
Even though its only mid-range hotel but its services were good. We are happy to have chosen this hotel. Staff were friendly. Buffet breakfast was good. Its centralize, good location, all within walking distant.”
The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was full of choices and the dining room was comfy and had a view of the town from the balcony. Very nice stay. We liked the slightly out of the market area and would definitely return to this hotel.”
This hotel was perfect in every way. Staff helpful, efficient and friendly. room comfortable with a great view over the fields at back of hotel. Breakfast was one of the best breakfast experiences in S E Asia and was eaten in idylic sourroundings. The only downside to this wonderful hotel was that they had no lift but it was so good in every other way it didn;t seem to matter. We were less than 10 mins walk from the town centre and it was good to be so close but not to have the noise of the town centre outside your door. Would go back in a shot.”
Enjoyed a 4 night stay in the Swiss Belhotel. Excellent location and facilities and the experienced lived up to expectations. The only reservation was that the Hotel Bars + restaurants lacked atmosphere.”
We absolutely LOVED the Nha Trang Sheraton....seriously, the views, the rooms, the service, the included breakfast buffet, the pool, the gym... everything there was outstanding...the only small thing that we though was a little cheeky was that they charged for using the internet in your rooms. For people travelling on business this seems ridiculous, especially considering ever tiny guesthouse in Vietnam has free wifi these days. Other than that, it was one of the most luxurious places we stayed in all of Vietnam.”
Adults loved it. Kids loved it. Beautiful scenery, great service, breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet inclusive in the full board package. Free wi fi. Free tuk-tuk service to parks. Golf course on island. Amusement park and water park, ...... Not Disney World but awesome for a resort town in Vietnam. Food was good.”
My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Vietnam, and Nha Trang was one of our favorite and most memorable stops, not only because of the beautiful coastline, but in large part due to the outstanding experience we had at Novotel! Upon arriving, we told the staff that it was our Honeymoon, and immediately we were upgraded to a Deluxe ocean view room. The view was absolutely spectacular and no pictures can do it justice! We also received a beautiful fruit platter and the bed was decorated with rose petals. The private beach was amazing! Location was amazing! Hotel service and staff were amazing! Such friendly and knowledgable staff, and their English was great! Truly a 4 star hotel with a 5 star experience! Loved it so much we're going back again!”
