the hotel was really nice and located in a great place. the only problem was in the room next to us someone had a dog locked in the bathroom and the dog was barking from 7.20am for about an hour when the people staying in this room had went out and left it there. couldnt sleep so had to get up advised cleaning staff outside our room and they also heard the dog barking advised would tell manager as far as we are aware nothing was done and we believe no pets are allowed in the hotel

Cannot complain about anything really.The hotel seemed very busy during our four day stay, massive amount of young people on school trips. We only ever saw them though when using the wifi in the lobby - this is one thing Hilton could improve I.e. make Internet less expensive in the rooms or FREE. We also had use of the executive lounge area which was very good and convenient for us. The room was comfortable but did look a little 'tired' in the bathroom especially. Spent a lot of time sightseeing and found that the hotel was always easy to get back to. Would definitely use it again when we return to NYC.

Three of us stayed in a two double bed room which was very large and we had lots of space. I found the room too warm at night with no way to change the temperature. The location is great. I left some things behind in the room, my fault I know, however the cleaners never found them either even thoguh i'm sure I left them there.. strange

We had no hot water one morning and it took a very long time to get it back. I was unable to have a hot shower before we left that day at noon.Price was far for this hotel other than the hot water issue.

Good value for Las Vegas. Pleasant and helpful Staff. As expected, lost a good few $$ on the slots pressing all the wrong buttons or maybe at the wrong time or maybe .. ! .. ! Plenty of restaurants, eating places and Bars on site but some a little pricey when compared with what is available elsewhere. Advise shopping around. Just have enough spare $$ for each eventuality. Easy to learn by your mistakes. Be ready for miles of walking to see the other sights and experiences. Good free monorail at front to Mandalay & Luxor. Good inexpensive monorail from behind the MGM across the Strip from Excaliber to almost the Stratosphere.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days with my family from 22nd of june.This hotel is clean good rooms with a big casino and reasonably priced. There was unlimited free entry to the tower of the hotel which is a very tall structure.There were no frills to the room. No microwave or fridge was available. The reception was very busy and they never pass on any messages to the inmates or conect telephones to the room. This i felt was very bad serviice. The checkin and checkout were very easy. If you are more than 2 persons it is better a taxi from the airport which would cost only 25 dollars.

I always choose Radisson hotel,Desplaines,due to several reasons,first and foremost is the location,then the qualityt,hospitality and the cooperation of the front desk gentlemen and good looking ladies as well as the other hotel staff.

Great location....!st room blinds did not work, so front desk organised quickly a better room...{thanks , Andre]. Why no ice machines.? You have to call front desk to get ice....Cold water drink in lobby is very welcome in summer. Breakfast was good...love that brown bread! I was happy with the whole deal......

located a stone throw away from Sears Tower and within close proximity to all tourist hotspots and shops. There was no need for taxis or other public transport. Room was big and clean. Only downside was that corridors and restaurant was a bit outdated and musty - but this was only a slight negative. Otherwise an excellent stay that I would definately recommend.

We made San Francisco (& Parc 55) a short stop over on our way to Hawaii for X-mas/New year vacation. Everything was excellent, except for the weather. This is probably something the hotel cannot influence(!). Next time we will come in April/May. We can recomend P 55.

Great location for union square and Bart. Comfortable rooms. Very nice staff. Free coffee and fruit in lobby. Free glass of wine in evenings. Fitness room is tiny and hot with three machines and no windows but is sufficient and free. Nice place.

Good and safe location for tourist sight seeing for Chinatown, Fisherman Wharf and Financial District. I recommend the rooms with bay view. Very noisy surroundings, but you can have a good sleep with the earplugs provided. I stayed 2 nights, the first one was ok, but the 2nd I had some students next door, making a lot of noise, I was too tired to complaint to the front desk, but definitely something they will take care off.
