Excellent location. Just a few minutes to Bayswater Station. Quick walk to Hyde Park. The neigbourhood is quiet, yet close to the main street for food - 2 groceries stores too! The apartment was clean, efficient - loved the kitchen area. Would recommend without hesitation”
Having read some of the less than wonderful reviews I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was relatively spacious for london and of course clean and the location fantastic - easy access to covent garden and the west end, and also to train stations. I would definitely use it again.”
Excellent Hotel, very comfortable room, great breakfast with very attenive staff. /Excellent location so near to wonderful attractions, like the V+A just across the road and Natural History Museum and Science Museum around the corner. I look forward to returning soon to this hotel.”
Excellent hotel in a fantastic location just below Carlton Hill. Close enough to Princes St and Waverly Bridge for buses but much quieter. No noise in the room which was very clean and comfortable and with a big TV on the wall opposite the bed. Even had an iron and ironing board. Staff all very helpfull and pleasant. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food but the rest was great!”
Great hotel - perfect location especially if you have an early departure. Walking distance to the airport and across the street from all car hire companies. We dropped off our car and walked to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large - comfortable and clean. Restaurant was nice and casual - felt like we were eating in a lounge type atmosphere which felt more social. And there was a free shuttle service to the airport as well which was extremely convenient and a nice value add.”
This hotel is very central to everything in the wonderful city of Edinburgh. They are so polite & helpful at the reception desk. We asked to be moved from room 237 as the aircon vents were noisy during the night and they couldn't be more helpful. So we would recommend this hotel for your next stay in Edinburgh and we will be back.”
Location: 3 minutes walk from Piccadilly Train Station and 6/7 minutes walk to the centre of Manchester. Service: Very Good and Friendly. I had emailed in advance requesting some extra information and received a very quick and detailed response. Room: Very nice sized apartment, full kitchen with utensils, dishwasher, full sized fridge with a small carton of REAL milk provided. However, though the rooms were spacious they were a bit dated. Bathroom had some black marks around the bath area. Dining: Layout of dining room was cool. Black table clothes and cool chairs. Breakfast was nice, but the selection of foods was a little limited. Stay again? Yes, no problem. Overall very happy.”
This hotel is just so convenient with direct access from the airport and the train station below that we wouldn't even dream of looking for an alternative. Having arrived on an evening flight it was such a pleasure to have just a short walk to the hotel in time for a leisurely meal in the restaurant. Check-in was fast and efficient and we had no difficulty in securing adjoining rooms as we were travelling with children, despite not having requested this in advance. The choice of two restaurants was good and the fact that there was also a childrens' menu available meant that we could dine in the more formal restaurant while still satisfying the needs of the children. Service was excellent throughout our stay and everything was up to the Radisson's usual excellent and reliable standard. The rooms are very well equipped and extremely quiet despite overlooking the airport.”
This hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the main train station Piccadilly. It's about 5minutes walk from Canal Street which has bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is very nice, rooms are spacious, clean and have large windows with views of Manchester. I would definately recommend this hotel for a trip to Manchester.”
Spent the last week with my wife in room 406 and found the hotel description to be accurate. It was comfortable, quiet and had a kitchen with all necessities. The location was excellent only 10 minutes walk to train stations, main shopping streets and airport shuttle bus. Two negatives. No free internet and only one large rubbish bin so the segregation of was impossible. This is 21st century and I think management should attend to these points.”
Spent a weekend at this Best Western Hotel. Location was good, near to many amienities and the center of town. Nicely finished and decorated well. Room was comfortable, however it was very small with little floor space due to the oversized bed (for the size of the room). Bathroom was clean and spacious. Hallway smelt like a bin the entire stay. We found it slightly inconvienient to have to wait until 2pm for check in. These were only minor complaints and overall we had quite a pleasant stay at this hotel. Would recommend for short term stay.”
Lovely helpful staff. Brilliant location. Room basic but perfect for me as I have friends in Glasgow so was just using it as a base for meeting them. Area immediately around hotel not great but then very close to city centre+transports.”
