I needed 2 economy rooms in a hurry for a short overnight stay in January 2013 before driving to the airport the following morning. The hotel looks nice on the outside and overlooks the Dnipro river. I had a nice river view in a small but adequate room which was excellent in comfort for the price. I was quickly checked into the hotel and slept well. Checking out was a breeze. I did not need to visit anything close to the hotel because the airport was a good distance to drive but with trains, buses and taxis readily available, everything in Kiev is reasonably close. I would stay here again.”
And within minutes, you can walk to the nicest shopping street in town. Subway is also close to the hotel, so it's a nice haven for all day trips. Forget about going to the gym in the hotel, though. And gyms with one-day passes are hard to find in the vicinity of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and spoke english well. Breakfast is a good effort at continental buffets - good enough to get some energy before the day starts.”
Excellent service from the staff. Hotel undergoing renovations on 1 or 2 floors. Not noisy. Choose SUPERIOR rooms only overlooking the street. Very convenient location. Breakfast adequate but didn't eat at restaurant. Will stay again.”

We have stayed in this hotel before and found it to be very good by any standard. Although it is highly visible the streets around the hotel can make it confusing to get into. What is good about the hotel? To list a few factors, paring in front of the hotel, security [you need to use your card for the elevator, to access rooms on your floor, and to get into your room], a very good breakfast buffet, and location. The hotel is located in adjoining a pleasant park and a short walk to the centre of Lviv. The only caution I have is that the walk back is uphill in the park, so walking back is not advised for persons with mobility issues. Also, the rooms are a bit small by North American standards but not by European standards.”
The hotel is great, but you should know that the pool and spa/sauna are at a different location-not in the hotel itself. If you don't mind walking 10-15 minutes, it's a nice pool with a Jacuzzi and sauna. The staff is very nice and the provided breakfast was wonderful!! Best I've had at a hotel.”

Hotel was really nice, right near sea, and on main street to boardwalk, but private. Had bank on site for currency exchange, staff was pleasant and helpful, cleaning staff especially good. Very flexible on when to clean room. Restuarant on back patio outstanding food, professional service and reasonably priced. Cost for room was a little high, and they did not accomodate my request for a twin bed, despite booking 5 months in advance, that bothered me. Pool facilities just beautiful, very private back of hotel along pool and the sea, with private beach. The staff did not speak english, but my guest did, so was not a problem. This is really an outstanding property in the perfect location, I really have no complaints and look forward to staying there again. My first trip to the Ukraine from the States and was very memorable.”
Good hotel, except when complained about air conditioning not producing cold air nothing was done. Somebody came to look at it, but air conditioning still delivered just air, not a cold one. Everything else was good : location, in-room service. Breakfast and dinner is included in the price.They can call a taxi too.I recommend this hotel for staying there.”
