The bottle of wine was off. The server who came to examin it in my room took it upon himself (without asking) to conduct his own tests. One of my guests was a QA Manager at a distellery yet the server questioned his opinion. This resulted in a very embarrasing moment. Management follow through was not to Hilton Standards.”

Hotel is very nice - right on the ocean with nice views. Room service food was excellent and staff was very friendly. Only negative was room was a bit dark (additional lighting needed). But, overall had a very nice time at hotel.”
