If you're going for your honey moon or anniversary, I highly recommend getting the romantic package for your room. The rose petal arrangement was so detailed and amazing. The house champagne was not to my liking you you can always make mimosas. The chocolate fondue wasn't fresh because we got there so late. The staff are very nice and are eager to help you and take good care of you. I will definitely go there again in the future.”

We arrived at 2 am and received a room with windows painted over and no hot water. The next day they moved us next door as they could not fix the "no hot water" situation. In the afternoon our door opened from a "guest" as no one noted our room change. The staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast had good variety each of our 4 days including fresh fruit and hot dishes. The room was comfortable and clean. Taxis were cheap and plentiful on the street never waiting longer than 30 seconds. The receptionist was nice and helpful. If the room compared to the cost of food and taxis it would have been half what we paid.”
I paid for extra day and needed to leave my room, they gave me a villa room very far away from the ammenities of the complex, very bad transportation. I needed to spend more than 45 min each way, HORRIBLE!!! If you will go, do not accept villas.”
Over-all very satisfied witht he quality of food and service. Comment for improvements: 1) The jacuzzi were not heated so it is very difficult to stay in a cold jacuzzi 2) Most of the staff only speaks Spanish, most of the time it is very difficult to communicate my needs 3) Should avoid doing construction when certain units are occupied, above our room, there was some type of construction going on and very difficult to take some naps 5) WIFI should be free, I am quite surprised that we have topay for the WIFI”

Very pleasant hotel. Only hassle is an inefficient shuttle service from town, requiring one to pay for taxi services to and from town. They should have a regular hourly shuttle to the town. Food in hotel not great, but neither was it in the town. Nice pool and hotel amenities. Overall wonderful stay on the island.”
We started here and had to move hotels because they were full and we wanted to extend our stay. We looked at every single hotel on the island and nothing compares. There are no "nice" hotels on the island but they will still charge more and they look very motel-y. Not to mention they are right in the middle Of town which seems like it would Just be too rowdy and loud. Bahia del sol was such a breath of fresh air. It had the greatest "feel" to it. It's a bed and breakfast and the owners are so helpful and the service is better than any where in panama. They called cabs for us, called their pals to take us on tours, and when they saw I had a bundle Of laundry I was taking to the laundry mat, she took it off my hands and said she'd do it for me!? There really is no other place to stay on this island. My only complaint has nothing to do with the hotel itself but the area around.. It's a little noisy , but I'm sure that would be worse right in the heart of town. Mostly I would just get woken up by the sound of the ocean waves. Jack takes pride in the breakfast he serves in the morning and of the 5 places we've stayed throught our trip, the breakfast was hands down the best. Same goes for the service. The rooms were very large and unique too. We got to stay in two diff rooms as we re-booked a room as soon as they were available again. Very very highly recommended.”
Swans Cay is a nice place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you're traveling with a family this is a good option in Bocas.”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Las Olas Beach Resort! The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and make ALL accomodations for us! The food in the restaurant is excellent and the setting beyond beautiful! The pools were beautifully laid out and warm! There is a plethora of things to do at the resort for both adults and children. You will not be disappointed if you give them a chance. Like I said, the staff bent over backwards for us!”
We have been travelling for five weeks, staying in lots of little inexpensive hotels. This hotel was a treat, the pool is amazing, the front desk staff, especially Zuelema, were very helpful. The included breakfast was delicious. Would definately recommend this hotel.”
