It would be really hard to beat the location of the hotel, the access to all of Atlantis and the incredible view of the grounds and the ocean. However the room itself was very average and not what I would expect in a 4 star resort hotel. Except for the room this is Paradise. If you can stay at the Cove instead you should, I have in the past and it's definitely worth the extra price.”
there were minor problems with appliances, but the housekeeping staff picked up the slack, and the managment was also very helpful. When i have kids i'll stay at the Reef, as a couple the Cove is better suited for us, as there is an adult's pool”
My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. Our room was fine, however had a view of the lower level concrete roofs towards the main land. We didn't mind too much as we didn't spend much time in room, but a beach view would've been lovely. Full access to Water park and facilities included in price which saves so much money. Hope you have saved some cash as dining in restaurants are very pricey! Overall, the time we had here was well worth every penney!”

Kind and responsive hotel staff, great location, clean, comfortable and affordable. Not too "Ritzy", but ongoing electricity and TV, shower, etc. - all worked fine despite the recent hurricane Sandy. Will come back soon!”
Beautiful property, well maintained. Gorgeous beach. Lots of pools and two hot tubs. Very friendly and helpful front desk, housekeeping and security staff. Proximity to Port Lucaya for restaurants.Not much to do for kids/adolescents. A games room, ping pong or even board game borrowing would be nice. Towels for pools only available til 4 pm in the afternoon. Breakfast at the hotel is expensive and not great, adds up when you are feeding a family.We ate out mostly.”
I loved it. The hotel was clean and adequate. The people warm and friendly. Ours was a restful vacation though there was plenty to do around the resort., like live entertainment, games etc.I will definitely go again but in warmer weather. The buffet was very good with great selection. The only thing I didn't like was the weather. This is their winter time...not warm enough to enjoy the fabulous beach and pools. The beach is HUGE...and the sand so very soft and clean!!!”
Super resort, all the staff from front desk to the maids were genuinely friendly,polite and very helpful. The pools and grounds are very well maintained as well. The choice at breakfast is great and the coffee excellent ! Only a short walk from the square at Port Lucaya where there are shops,bars and eateries. The Sabor resturant at pelican Bay is amazing,Chef Ziggy, the bar staff and waitresses are all brilliant and there is a happy hour too !!! My second visit in 6 months, and will go back,says it all.”
