Management and staff are extremely great to deal with. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The only negative would be that the bedding is only changed once per week this should be changed to at least twice per week.”
location is fine, but you need a car. the view from the room is very nice and it is close to other areas in the south that you can visit. probably the nicest beaches are in the south, for what i have seen. the personal in the hotel is fine, but they are not speaking english much and are not very helpful in solving your problems due to the language (i dont speak french). internet connection is fine but a bit slow.”
We were booked in for 6 nights but had to extend our stay as my father was being treated at the hospital and he stayed longer than expected. The reception staff were fantastic (in a country that speaks limited English and us no French!!) they allowed us to keep the room on a rolling bases as we didn't know when my father could leave. The staff could not do enough for us. The breakfast which was included was diffinitly worth getting up for!!”
This hotel is perfect for children, It even has a waterslide ,and a good one,big pool ,divingcenter at the beach ,not sandy beach but with a pier were you can snorkle with fishes. Nice staff ,some ,very few, englishspeaking. the only bad thing was that the tv only had one newschanel in english ,all other channels in french! And taxi costs a fortune: from the airport after 19.00 55euro. " before 19:00 45 euro from the ferry " 65 euro " sunday 75 euro I stayed there twice with the children and would stay there again”
Facilities are very good. Food is excellent. personnel friendly and serviciable. Facade towards pool is in much need of paint. Painting will improve appearance tremendously. Outside of that no complains.WAG”
