What a marvelous stay in Macau! Everything was luxurious at this hotel - from the decor and comfort of the room to the exquisite French and Chinese themed buffet lunch ($90 HK each). Hotel was away from other main casinos but a 10 minute walk into historic town centre. Highly recommended if you are planning to stay overnight in Macau.”
The Hotel is nice, clean and prices were convenient. They provide transport services from the Ferry Station to the hotel and vice versa, and also to some of the tourist attractions; however, we were disappointed to know that there is no WiFi's in the rooms although the website stated that WiFi in the hotel is for free! Every resident had to go to the reception to be able to use the WiFi which was so inconvenient.”
The best thing about casa real is its proximity to the ferry terminal, fisherman's wharf and other tourist spots in Macau. The hotel is more than what we have expected. The Filipino staff are very friendly and hospitable. The hotels seems to be renovated and most of the facilities are new. We just wished there is free WIFI inside the room although it's free from the lobby. The buffet lunch was okay for it's price but not exactly sumptuous and very few choices. A couple more variety of food would be great. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and our stay in Macau. Thank you Casa Real and Hotels.com for a wonderful Macau Experience.”

Nicely done up rooms with balcony and sit out, especially the one facing the sea, is cosy and comfortable. The health club facilities are great with an indoor swimming pool and the works. The affable and ever helping staff there is real icing on the cake. Location is actually handicap but the hotel makes up for it through its regular complimentary coach service which takes one into the heart of the small city that Macau is!”
I went to Macau on a getaway trip with my girlfriend. We took a boat from HK to Macau harbor. It was rather difficult to locate the shuttle service from the dock to the airport due to the lack of signs. The overall experience at 4seasons Macau was quite pleasant. There's not much to complain about except the bed was a little high, and the person helping us to check in didn't make us feel welcomed. The surrounding area has potential to be like the Strip in Vegas once several other major hotel chains finish construction.”
The hotel was fully booked and i can only get the room at 5:30pm, there were so many guests need to wait in the reception for the room. They even didnt explain to me where to have the breakfast and what facilities i can use. Just hurry to get you the room only. Moreover, it was my birthday on that day and they have marked it down when i booked the room but finally i need to call to the reception myself to ask for the cake. everything make me feel i was gettiing 3 star services only, not typical Grand Hyatt. But the room is ok.however it was smelly in the corridor and i found they have put an air purifier there.”
I really enjoyed my stay at the Galaxy . The rooms are large and spacious and very clean. The 2 rooms that I booked for my family both had balconies with really nice views. The building and surrounding grounds are absolutely stunning.They have free shuttle bus service to and from most of the main tourist attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel without reservation to anyone going to Macau.”
