Upon entering the hotel I was greeted by cheerful staff. The check-in process was smooth and I was in my room within 5 minutes. The rooms are very nice. I asked for an ironing board and extra water and it was brought to me within a few minutes, I had even commented to the man that he must have been running because he came to my room very fast. The breakfast buffet is on par with the best of them. I stay in hotels 5-10 nights a month and this hotel is better than the 4 stars it is has been given, unless in order to get the 5th star you need alcohol, that isn't going to ever happen here. I tried each of the restaurants and they are very good, especially the rabbit pasta at Filini. The only improvement I could suggest is the WiFi throughout the hotel, the signal is weak to non-existant in some areas. I also tried the business center, very helpful staff. From the room to the decor throughout the hotel and the food everything is fresh and comfortable. I give this hotel 4.5 stars in my book.”
