The Radisson was a beautiful hotel, but be aware it is pricey in January. It is a non-inclusive so you do have to plan for all meals. There is a wide variety of restaurants directly across the street, but they too are quite costly. Our room did have a very narrow view of the ocean but mostly overlooked a parking lot. You also have to reserve the beach chairs and hut the day before at 4:00 if you do not want to pay an additional charge. This was not apparent at first so when we sat down an attendant came to "chase" us away and we had to go and research this. The instructions on the sign were unclear, so I asked the person distributing the towels who was very helpful in explaining. Just beware of the procedures for reserving your beach hut. If you are there on Tuesday, the hotel has a "Manager Greet" where they have a free Happy Hour and give out prizes. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was helpful, but I expect this for the cost!”
The hotel grounds are beautiful. The pools and beach are perfect. We stayed in the premium ocean view room and the view was amazing. The room service was amazing. We ordered a few things over our week stay and it was such a treat. The cafe in the lobby is quite a hot spot. AMAZING desserts and donuts and sushi. My only complaint about the room is the pillow are horrible. They are down and they get super flat in 2 seconds. Also, the sheets are like sleeping on notebook paper. I would think the Marriott could afford some nicer sheets! There are just a couple things I would note for people looking to stay here: 1. it is at the very far end of the beach. Every service, food, drink, snack in and surrounding the hotel is very pricey. If you want to find more reasonable prices you have to walk down the beach a ways. If you take a cab anywhere it's more pricey since you are at the very far end of everything. Next time we would probably stay more in the Hyatt area. It's more in the middle of everything.”
Hotel was over all very nice. It's only the second time I've stayed at an all-inclusive, but enjoyed the amenities. Good restaurant options, room was nice and spacious, I got upgraded to a suite from a jr. suite which was nice. Was a bit loud facing the pool/ocean but this is more of a party/fun hotel/environment. My biggest complaint was that people hold the chairs by the pool and by the ocean and would be nice if they had some type of reservation system, but if you get up early enough to hold something, that wouldn't be a problem. The staff was very nice and had no complaints there. Location was great, near some shopping and right on a pristine beach, can't beat it. Room was fully stocked and refilled every day. Would recommend for anyone who wants the ease of an all-inclusive that isn't crazy expensive.”

I've done several other islands and Bucuti and Aruba have it all. Perfect, non-busy beaches, yet ten minutes by cab to any of the stellar restaurants. The concierge staff is very, very helpful in setting up excursions to meet your needs. From the staff to the guests, this is one happy place!”
I arrived into Aruba at 24:04, just afternight and the airport was closed!!!!!!. So Tiara airlines took us over Curacao Island, the local airlines never respect timing, it was delayed for 2 and half hours. They send us to a hotel one hour away from the airport, and obviously, needing to use the aircraft to start the new day, they pick us up at 6:30, after 3 hours sleep!!!!!!! After waiting 2 hours in the following morning, I decided to buy a ticket with another airline to get to Aruba and attend my business meeting. The Renaissance Hotel respected my reservation and I enjoyed the Hotel very much, it is excellent. But, Tiara Airlines and the airport personal coud not care less for the tourists; I wish someone from the government could read these lines and change things around, in their benefit!!!!!!!”
Loved the location and the size of the resort, just the place to go and relax, if you want more husle, its only a $9.00 ($12.00 after 10 pm) taxi ride to the high rise district (Palm Beach Area). The resort and rooms were clean, only recomendation is the bath tubs should be redone, they were old, but nothing to complain about. The food was good at all of the restaurants, no complaints at all. Had a real nice time, should have stayed longer, will definately go back.”
On our first night in Aruba we stayed in Club Arias. Athough the location is not ideal the place itself is very cute, and it gave us the opportunity to see part of the island which we would not have if we had headed directly to the 'high-rise' area. Arias and his staff are very friendly and accomodating. The rooms and grounds are clean and spacious. If you are arriving late in the evening it's best to drop a note to make sure somone is aware of your arrival time. Arias himself offers a wealth of knowledge about the island and gives useful tips for your stay. If we had rented a car I would have no problem staying in Club Arias for the entire duration, but you would need a car to explore due to the location.I'd definately return to the B&B :-)”
