HE STAY IS OK.BUT OUR RESERVATION FOR THREE ADULTS WAS NOT GRANTED AS THEY SAID THEIR DELUX SUITE DID NOT ACCOMODATE THREE UNLESS WE GET A ROLL AWAY BED AT EXTRA CHARGE AND THAT FLIPPED MY HUSBAND AND MADE HIM INSIST ONHAVING DELUX SUITE WITH THREE ADULT AS PAID FOR AHEAD OF TIME.,PLUS SINCE WHEN DO WE PAY TIP ON THE TOTAL BILL OF THE HOTEL THAT HAD TO BE PAID IN TWO PARTS DESPITE THAT WE ALREADY DESIGNATED SOME MONEY FOR ADDITIONAL EXPENSES ON ANOTHER CARD?”
Bristol Hotel is a good hotel in old Beirut , convenient and reliable . But DO NOT pay more money and reserve an executive room !!!! I paid some more money to upgrade to an execurive room in an executive floor to find out it is a regular room in a regular floor , with no 24 hrs executive lounge and nothing axtra !!!! so I paid more money for nothing !!!!!!!! Every other thing is perfect !!!!!!!!!!!! I like this Hotel. Higly recommended”

If you are looking for a clean beach style hotel/resort with great location in Beirut close to everything, don't wast your time and efforts searching around, just take any sea view room or suite at Riviera Hotel. Hotel rates are reasonable; receiption and other guest services were quick, friendly and practical. Strongly recommended.”

I stayed in this Hotel during September, i stayed in the Junior suite, it is great, clean, spacious and the view was awewsome.The standard rooms were good too but the view was horrible, overlooking between buildings. There was a Juacuzzi to my surprise and the best part is that there is a window in the bathroom wall so you can enjoy the great sea view while relaxing in your Jacuzzi. The staff were very nice and helpful. My advice when going to Lebanon is RENT A CAR and download a good offline navigation application if possible. The Coast road is just half a block away and the highway is just behind the hotel, perfect to get anywhere. The Great Manuella restaurant is only a 10 min walk from the hotel. The pool on the roof top is a great idea but it needs daily cleaning. Overall had a great time at the hotel and would definitely go there any time i'm in Lebanon.”
