My wife and I went to to Tokyo this september. We enyoed our stay at he Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku hotel very much. The staff was very good, the location is excellent near the entrance to the Oedo line and Shinjuku station. We had the king size bed room which was large enough and very comfortable. The rooms are smaller than we are used to but not small enough to be uncomfortable. All in all it was a great stay and we would recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Tokyo. We will be coming back!”
The Shinagawa Prince Hotel is close to all amenities that a traveller would need -- subway, restaurants, shopping, etc. It is very clean too and people are very helpful and polite as all Japanese are. I recommend this hotel.”
The hotel is conveniently located near the T-CAT terminal and Suitengumae metro station. As with most japanese hotels the rooms are very clean. The staff is really helpful though they don't speak english. The breakfast was alright to put you on your feet in the morning. I recommend it.”
This is a affordable hotel in a great location. If you are taking the metro get off at the castle stop and from there it is a short manageable walk, even with luggage. The area is a good mix of convenient shopping and restaurants as well as very charming traditional Japanese shops. The downtown area is a short walk away or a short metro ride.”
We had a great stay at the villa! It was a modern japanese style accommodation. It was comfortable with clean sheets everyday! Free breakfast everyday delivered to your room! The sushi meal was the best. The staff at the front were very friendly. You could ask them about anything and they will help you with it. You can get a 1 day, bus pass from them that costs 500 jap yuen and you can use it to go sight seeing. They will also give you a bus map that helps you get to places and back. There's also a public bath, kinda like a small pool available 1 for females and 1 for males. Overall, everything went well, clean washroom and comfortable while getting the japanese experience. Oh and the washroom products are provided, example, shampoo, conditioner, face and hand wash and they are good products! Products that don't dry your skin or hair! So they give you good brands to use on your stay, example, the brand, Biore.”
The Hearton in Kyoto is a bit expensive for the small size (at least by Canadian standards) however the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, which I expected given it's Japan, and the location was close to restaurants and public transport. Would stay there again and definitely recommend.”
This hotel is conviently located to the subway and the JR line. Close to Namba center and Dotonbori. The staff is pleasant and helpful The only fault I found was the room had a weird smell to it, it might related to the cleaning agent they were using during our stay. It didn't bother me too much. The room was a good size and the beds were pretty comfortable. Next time I'm in Osaka I will definitely stay here again.”
The hotel is a bit outdated and the room is quite tight but very clean. Front desk staff don't seem to know much english and power plug converter isn't available for loan like all the other hotels i've been to, however the hotel location is super convenient. Only a short walk to the Umeda subway station, shops and food places. Other train stations are also easily accessible by foot. We were travelling with a 1.5 year old baby and we find it super easy to get around from the hotel. Highly recommended!”
Of the 3 hotels we stayed in during our Japan 2012 trip this had more space than any. However it was still small by international standards and the beds are always hard. The location was fantastic, connected to nearby Kyobashi station by a covered walkway. This hotel is fairly new and being part of the new Osaka Business Park has plenty of cafe's/eateries handy. It is also a short 5 minute walk from the magnificent Osaka Castle (get a night pic). I's easily stay there again if visiting Osaka.”
The Grand Prince is a international hotel that has many amenities for every age, sex and nationality. From shopping, swimming, bowling, video games...there is never a dull moment. But if you want peace and quiet, there is that too. Hiroshima's shopping and tourist district is a short bus ride away, and the bus stops right at the hotel. Also convenient is the ferry, which I bought a two day pass and rode everywhere. It is the best way to get to beautiful Miajima, one of the most beautiful shrines with the famous Otori. I would highly recommend this hotel, for honeymoon, wedding, tourist or family.”
I stayed here as part of a family vacation. Hotel was was in a great locations that was close to high and lower end shops, tram stations, subway as well as the Hiroshima peace park and museum. Our room also had a great view over Hiroshima city and the water. The room was large with plenty of room and so was the bathroom! The wifi was great with reception staff even coming to ur room to help set it up when we misread the instructions. A quirky function of the room was the ability to play music in the bathroom through a in-room sound system. Would more thatpn love to stay here again.”
Single bedroom was the biggest I've had in Japan Very clean Soundproof Impersonal service but that's a business hotel Location is perfect for all transportation, trains, shinkansen, airport bus and trams. Possible to reach city center walking (30 minutes). Nothing special to see in the station area.”
