Hotels in Jamaica

Overall it was a good experience. Locals a little too pushy for your cash but not aggressive or dangerous. Travel there with 2 little kids and felt safe at all times. Great 3 stars hotel if 3 stars is expected. Food and Bar were great and tons of activities through out the day.

great resort, clean, spacious modern rooms with jacuzzi, decent food, clean and beautiful pool, good entertainment for children, sunset cove beach is very nice. overall staff is quite helpful but one downside (problem to be addressed) is that male staff at the hotel can be quite annoying and aggressive and harrass attractive female guests.

They are no words that can describe the experience I had this past weekend. The service from the moment we stepped onto the property was like royalty. This resort is just AWESOME !!! Now, I have stayed in Jamaica before at another five star resort but the Iberostar Grand should be in a class by themselves. Thanks to Makenna, Sylvester,Al,Jerry,Morris Day(real name),Donavan and the whole entire staff. I shall return just as soon as I can. Best vacation in Jamaica ever.

I stayed at this resort to enjoy the cliffs of Negril and do some scuba diving. The location was perfect and the diving was amazing and very professional. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to do some diving. Our room was by no means fancy though and we had no hot water. A friend stayed in another room and she had no issues with hot water though so maybe we were just unlucky. The food was good and I must say that the staff were amazing. Very friendly and very accommodating. So I would recommend at stay at this resort but do not expect the fanciest of rooms.

Great resort-Superior service and friendliness. Entertainment was fantastic. Food was amazing. The water sports were great with everything included ...ie..Water Skiing, Scuba dives, Sailing, Catamaran rides......Hotel is older but very clean and no complaints.

I first stayed at the Jamaica Inn more than thirty years ago. Until that time and since that time, none of the other resorts at which I have stayed came close - no matter how good they were - to matching the excellence of the Jamaica Inn. Ms. Rodriguez, who accompanied my on the trip, could hardly believe how wonderful the Jamaica Inn is, even though I had raved about it to her based on my only stay there. The surroundings were wonderful and your entire staff was the most remarkable, friendly, helpful group of people imaginable. We will be back.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful. I can't wait to return.

Clean, well-located hotel with a modern boutique feel. The staff were helpful and attentive. Only down point is that the service in the restaurant is a bit slow. Overall, we would stay here again and highly recommend it.

i enjoyed my stay thoroughly and intend to go back next month.the pool area looks amazing at night and i give kudos to the staff,especially the ones who work the restaurant and bar.its the hospitality business and they have that concept just right
