I recommend this hotel. On Metro line that makes the sites convenient. Great breakfast. Checkin person had an attitude but perhaps this comes with being in Rome. Only negative thing--no wifi. I would stay here again.

Inn on the Spanish Steps was the third hotel we stayed in in Italy and far and away the best - though not by any means the most expensive. The location is absolutely prime, right next to the Spanish Steps and in the middle of the shopping district, with all the major sights within easy walking distance. Surprisingly gven the location it was not too noisy in the beautifully decorated room. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and any issue or request was dealt with instantly. The rooftop bar where breakfast and a complimentary afternoon tea are served has a stunning view over the rooftops of Rome. All in all we had a lovely stay - particularly contrasted with the terrible service and substandard rooms experienced elsewhere in Italy - I would one hundred per cent recommend this hotel.

Very convenient location, close to Metro and Termini. Easy access to main sights of Rome either by walking or Metro. Hotel very clean and rooftop terrace was very handy for mid-day snack or just chill out time from the heat. The fact that the rooms had fridges were great, it meant one could buy luchtime food in the nearby supermarket and keep it frest. Very important was the milk for the late night 'cuppa' which was made possible by the dispensing machines around the hotel. I found the self service laundrette a great help, it meant I was able to do a wash before going on the second leg of my trip. Overall the hotel served all my purposes and I would have no hesitation in recommending it for a short stay in Rome.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. It was gorgeous. from entering the door, we could feel hospitality .what was amazing that the hotel upgraded our room to a garden suite. What a perk! The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best! Additionally, the hotel has nearest access to the water bus station linking to Murano island and 15 mins walking distance to the central railway station! It deserves it's ranking for sure. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to all of you!

great place around the corner from the train station. lovely old abbey, pretty rooms, good breakast, wonderful friendly staff, reasonable rates. If you don't want to haul your luggage thru the streets of Venice this is the place for you. Have fun!

Got upgraded after the 2nd night and that was wonderful. No lift so going to the fourth floor was brutal with 2 large suitcases. But I just see it as exercise and a minor inconvenience. Otherwise, very convenient to station, vaporettos, restaurants galore and not far from the Pl de Roma where there is both a post office and large supermercato.

Very good hotel. It is conveniently located close to the river banks and you can get to almost anywhere in Florence very easily. Our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel is very nice place in excellent location. We arrived in middle of the marathon so getting through the crowds was a bit of trouble. The rooms are a bit small but in Florence it is expected. The location is outstanding as you can walk to everything. Service was great at breakfast with nice selection. Bed comfort was a "10 ". So great bed, clean room , nice bathroom would stay there again and recommend it.

The hotel was very handy to the Doumo and comfortable. the staff were helpful and the breakfast oustanding. I would reccomend it for someone visiting Milan. It is also just 100 metres from a metro station. It is modern has no particular character as a venue but it performs the function of providing good reasonably priced (in expensive Milan).

The hotel was easy to find and has a Metro station just across the road. A four minute walk takes you to the magnificent Duomo Square which was why i chose the hotel. The room was a decent size by European standards and the staff polite and very helpful with directions and information. I would certainly recommend the hotel especially for first timers in Milan. Just watch your bags on the Metro!

Simone at the front desk was quite fluent in English and exceptionally friendly and helpful (his local restaurant recommendations were spot on for quality, fun, and affordability). The breakfast was delicious-- we even had fresh blueberries to go with our yogurt! The nearby gelateria, Pixy, was a great treat and the close by supermarket a godsend. Location was quiet and convenient-- a mere 15 minutes by taxi to the Linate Airport and an easy tram ride to the Duomo at the heart of town.
