We really enjoyed our stay at the Sahara. We were met at the airport by friendly and accomodating hotel staff and taken directly to the hote. The checkin process was easy and quick. The Sahara is an oasis in Mumbai!! The interior of the hotel is absolutly amazing. The staff were super friendly, professional and helpful. The operations manager made a point of getting to know us and made it a very personal experience. Our host "Hazel" looked out for all our needs and made our stay delightful. "Dashwijith" made our dining experiences superb. His wit and charm cannot not be overstated. All in all, we found this hotel to be an extremly pleasant experience and would highly recommend it to others. We definetly plan to return.”
One has to commend the Manager & Staff for their very friendly hospitality and smile that meets us whenever we met them. One feels at home. However one concern is the bathroom withs its modern taps that takes us a while to sort out. Also if one brings ones mother to the hotel, she will find the bathroom not friendly at all. The Privacy with the blinds is another issue. With all of that, I would still visit the Hotel again as the cleanliness of the hotel and its room, the quality of service and hotel location is fantastic. It made our stay enjoyable.”
This is indeed a 5 star hotel and the Leela Kempinski group really redefine luxury hotels. However for the Leela Mumbai there is one downside in that it is not a very family friendly hotel. Besides the pool, there is nothing extra for the kids to do. A playroom will go along way considering the large amount of families I saw present at the hotel. Also they advertise 11 acres of land. I certainly did not see this and I think that this land has been sold to other developments”
Service was excellent, friendly and efficient. The staff were concerned about our lost luggage (delayed by the airline) and helped us to sort out arrangements for receiving the luggage at our next destination. Also, the Tandoori restaurant is excellent.”
Well located within walking distance of the shops at Connaught Square. Easy to get to the other attractions by auto rickshaw or taxi. Good breakfast on offer. Not a top Delhi hotel but good enough for a tourist or most business people.”
It's a very nice hotel. Deserving it's five star rating. It has all the requirements needed for this type of establishment. Helpfull staff, good rooms, large, nice and clean good location and good food. Will definetly recommend this one to family and friends. Enjoyed the stay very much indeed.”
From the moment you enter, you are literally transported into a different world in the heart of the city. From the ambience, service, quality of food, warmth of the staff, leaves nothing more to desire. Anything you ask for is accommodated and taken care of immediately. If you are looking for a truly memorable hotel experience, head straight to the Oberoi.”
Mostly for Business customers, but also enjoyable for families. We were a family of (4) stayed for 2 nights in Bangalore. The staff was very helpful in arranging for our local city and Mysore tours. Complimentary breakfast was great and had wide variety for veg & non-veg. Rooms were compact, but well furnished, clean. Rooms had internet services as well as free computer stations in the lobby. Th hotel location is in the heart of business, with plenty of shopping and dining opportunities in walking distance. Good overall experience.”
The Bangalore gate has a good feel about it especially in the entrance foyer with the large Ganesha statue. The hotel has a great restaurant attached with a good selection of Indian cuisine. The location is central, but the traffic out side is intense and loud so request a room at the back of the hotel and it is lovely and quiet.”
Estrela Do Mar is a great hotel to stay. If got another chance to visit GOA will definitely choose Estrela Do Mar again as my residency hotel. The only thing that bothered me there was too many house flies. The hotel management should have used 'mosquito traps' to reduce the house flies population. Otherwise else the location & hotel was great,”
Nice people working there. Bad surrondings, between chapora and vagator. 10 min to the beach walking. Nice room, we had a deluxe. with a balcony over the pool area. Nice pool area and nice restarurant. Included breakfast was fine. Would recommend this place.”
very nice resort with a lovely clean beach where you see too many people. Service was also very good overall. In general can't say anything bad about the resort. Should also be very good for families. Only to consider is it might be a good idea to go to other restaurants outside of the resort for a change - if you stay longer - you also might wanna book the spa as early as possible were not able to get a double booking within 30hrs. - went then to the Taj Exotica spa and from what I could tell though by far more expensive the Taj resort looked less inviting compared to the Hyatt.”
