This hotel provided me and my family the most disgusting hotel experience ever! The concierge staff were very very rude (at both check-in & check-out), the security staff does not know his bearings (told me ice machines were on odd numbered floors, went to 2 floors to find both machines weren't working & actually found 1 machine on my even-numbered floor), towels weren't clean (had charcoal-like black marks and dead flies on it), cleaners talked very very loudly in the hallway like its a market or something (waking us up at 9 am in the morning), no hot drinking water (for my son's milk), no internet or complimentary breakfast (receptionist pointed to me sarcastically its just a room!), shower pressure was lethal (we're cleaning our bodies, not our car) and couldn't be turned off, so had dripping water all night long and the icing on the cake was that this hotel charges $4 per bag per day for storage (who does that?). Only stayed there because of the cheapest price on offer. Would absolutely not offer to anyone except if you're desperate & likes the experience we went through.
