    When we arrived at the hotel we were given our room key. We entered the room and discovered that there was another person's belongings already in the room. We then contacted the hotel staff and they moved us to another room that had someone else's belongings in it too. This greatly upset us and worried us about the security of our own belongings. In addition, the first room we went to over-looked the pool and was vibrating along w/ the outside music and was very loud. This was not a very good experience and I would be weary about staying at this hotel again. Wouldn't recommend it other people. The Tropicana must improve their security and communication skills among employees.
