Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino

I did not like my stat at The Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino. Some of the issues that I had with the Hotel included the fact that everytime you try to walk anywhere in the casino there are people from the casino approacing you trying to sell you something or get you to sign up for something. My room was not cleaned everyday and I had to start calling housekeeping so that they would clean my room. You are not able to catch a cab from the front of the hotel you have to walk around the side of the Casino unless you are a certain level of gambler with the casino, the walk is not that far except for the fact that it is 104 degrees out. Lastly, the only way to get to the pool from where are rooms were is to walk through the entire casino. I would not recommend this casino as a place to stay to anyone.

Needs Improvement. When we went to go take a shower we realized that they never cleaned the shower from the last people who have stayed there. There was dirty soap and used conditioner and shampoo and when we asked to get it cleaned it took over 2 hours for a maid to come. When the maid finally came she cleaned everything but the shower...so we had to call AGAIN. Then, the maid and the floor supervisor came and all they did was take a wash cloth and pick the dirty soap (pubic hair soap, YUCK!), used conditioner and shampoo and walk out of the room saying they were done. We complained to the manager and all he could do was give us a $50.00 certificate that could ONLY be used in their hotel (what a surprise). We wouldn't recommended this hotel to ANYONE...choose another one!
