Location. The Flamingo Las Vegas is located in Las Vegas, Nev., across the street from The Forum Shops and within one mile of the Sands Expo Center. Expert Tip. The wedding chapel's central garden displays a plaque that details colorful aspects of Las Vegas' history. The plaque describes the events that surrounded the sensational murder of former Flamingo Las Vegas founder, the infamous Bugsy Siegel.
